1. A break in the humidity sufficient to keep the windows open all day, all night
  2. Sleeping well and soberly and for eight or so hours for once
  3. Realizing I’m not trapped; I have options.
  4. Realizing that my employment hardly defines me – it’s just a job.
  5. I can make it another two weeks to get some more answers.  Or, not.  Food for thought, anyway.  Information is useful, generally.

Sleeping soberly doesn't strike me as the best plan lately. Or at least the sleeping part. The soberly seems to be working out okay for me. But the rest does present a plan. Patience when you have a goal is sometimes easier than patience when you don't though. And sometimes not.

  2. Sober sleep is much more…restful and…probably biologically useful than the drunken comas I've been indulging in faaarrrr too often of late. Need to crank it down a notch or two, or at least start giving the liver a break one or two days per week! Moderate my vices, and all….LOL. I don't know if there's anything I can say in reply to that. You seem to have covered all the bases.

Shut up liver!Yeah, it looks that way. Depends on how you deal with time and pressure I think which way it cuts. It does cut one way or the other, but it all depends on the path, the goal, the drive, all that stuff.

Drunken comas only are going so far these days…Exercise and endorphins, something a little healthier…Perhaps. At least I sleep better (sometimes) At least breaking up the same ol' thing everyday with some variety is in serious order.Hang in there, it will get better. Bigger and better carrots ahead…Whats Up, Doc?

We will get you to do something exercisy eventually, lol. Maybe try whacking little yellow balls around or something. Drunken comas you can have from time to time too, for different reasons (as it apparently makes you "smarter" to drink). Just so you get up and move around when they're over.

  6. Hey, I swim! Usually drunkenly, but sometimes soberly as well. I should pay my "garden" a bit more attention….and get that bike in working order.

There you go. Tomatoes and big hats are a hobby. I'm not sure that cartwheels and handstands quite cut it as far as endorphin rushes, no. But maybe the swimming does.
